Enterprise Improvement Leader | Systems Leadership | Theory of Constraints

                        About my work

I am an operational transformation leader with 20+ years of experience improving performance across healthcare, mining, and manufacturing. My work integrates Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and organizational systems design to help organizations improve throughput, leadership effectiveness, and sustainable execution.

I am particularly passionate about helping organizations move beyond isolated process improvement toward systems-level operational excellence.

Org Structure

Most organizations aren’t structured to fully capture the value of continuous improvement. By applying systems leadership, requisite organization, and layered leadership reviews, you create an organization designed to realize, sustain, and build on improvement gains.

It’s not just about improvement.  It is about the right roles, doing the right work, at the right time.

Systems

Continuous improvement succeeds when leaders recognize that performance is created by systems—not isolated people, departments, or processes. Systems Thinking helps organizations understand how structure, workflows, incentives, and interdependencies shape outcomes, enabling leaders to address root causes rather than symptoms.

Create changes that are sustainable, scalable, and far more impactful than local process fixes alone.

Focus

Most organizations dilute improvement efforts by pursuing too many priorities at once. The Theory of Constraints creates clarity by identifying the critical leverage points where focused action delivers outsized results—improving throughput, aligning teams, and accelerating strategic outcomes with less wasted effort.

My work in manufacturing and fabrication was focused on applying Theory of Constraints, Lean principles, and systems leadership.  I have helped manufacturing businesses identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and unlock significant revenue growth without major capital investment.
