I am an operational transformation leader with 20+ years of experience improving performance across healthcare, mining, and manufacturing. My work integrates Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and organizational systems design to help organizations improve throughput, leadership effectiveness, and sustainable execution.
I am particularly passionate about helping organizations move beyond isolated process improvement toward systems-level operational excellence.
About me
I live in Hermantown, Minnesota with my wife of 33 years. We have three grown children and enjoy hiking, camping, travel, and spending time outdoors.
I would prefer a remote position but would also consider a relocation for the right opportunity.

My work in healthcare has focused on applying Lean Six Sigma, analytics, and systems thinking to improve service quality, reduce operational waste, increase provider productivity, and deliver measurable financial outcomes in complex, regulated healthcare environments.
My work in mining included statistical process optimization, root cause failure investigations, reliability engineering, leadership coaching, and organizational design—helping multiple mine sites improve throughput, reduce equipment failures, and build stronger operational leadership systems.
My work in manufacturing and fabrication was focused on applying Theory of Constraints, Lean principles, and systems leadership. I have helped manufacturing businesses identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and unlock significant revenue growth without major capital investment.
